Transverse, Coronal & Sagittal Planes

We stand, sit and lay down on the Transverse plane When doing poses. We follow the Coronal plane for side to side movements like in the Lateral Half Moon. And the Sagittal plane for front to back movement like in Back Bend and Hands to Feet. Be precises when following the planes trajectories for best results.
