Core 26+ - The ‘go to’ system for yogis of all levels. Tony upgraded the basic system  for a more complete and, progressive workout. Modify, simplify or intensify as needed to advance at your own pace without injury.


Core 40+ - Three systems that begin with a warm-up series of 18 asana:

  1. Core 40: Fitness – asana and pranayama,

  2. Core 40: Health – asana, pranayama, bandha, kriya, mudras and nauli,

  3. Core 40: Meditation – physical and mental.

Core 84+ - advanced practice experienced yogis can modify or simplify for personal development. This is the advanced system from the Ghosh’s lineage, plus a few of Tony’s favorites.
